Amended rules from September 2013

The time controls have been changed 16a now reads 35 in 75 minutes, 70 in 150 minutes and thereafter 28 moves per hour and 16d is now 42 in 90 minutes, 70 in 150 minutes and 28 per hour thereafter. Players can insist on adjudication after black's 70th move not 60th. The full amended rules are shown on the link above.
